The iKamper Skycamp 3.0 and the Wild Land Skyera are both hardshell tents in the same part of the market, which makes them a genuine head-to-head rather than a comparison across categories. iKamper and Wild Land take noticeably different approaches to the same problem.

The previous-generation Skycamp, still sold alongside the 4.0 range at a lower price. It gives up the integrated lighting and heater pass-throughs of the 4.0 but keeps the four-person platform and adds a Skyview roof window the newer tents do not have.

Wild Land
Skyera
The Skyera is Wild Land's automatic scissor-lift hardshell, opening and closing at one touch in about 60 seconds via an electric motor with a manual backup. Its shell is anti-UV transparent polycarbonate that gives an overhead sky view, and it sleeps 2-3. It is one of the automatic models in Wild Land's current range.

Which one to pick
