Vickywood CUMARU LIGHT 152 vs Vickywood CUMARU UP 145
Both of these are Vickywood tents, so the question is not which brand to trust but which size and configuration suits your vehicle and how you camp. The CUMARU LIGHT 152 and the CUMARU UP 145 share Vickywood's construction and warranty; where they part company is in the numbers below.
The CUMARU UP 145 is 6 kg lighter at 77 kg against 83 kg, which on a factory roof rated for 68 to 75 kg is often the difference between a legal fit and a rack upgrade. Inside, the CUMARU LIGHT 152 gives 3.05 m² of sleeping floor against 2.77 m², about 10 percent more, though both are rated for 2. Both list at $3,229, so price cannot decide this one at all.
The CUMARU LIGHT 152 uses 6 Series aluminum; the CUMARU UP 145 uses aluminum with aluminum honeycomb base. Canvas differs too: recycled 320 g/m2 ripstop polyester, PU-coated; rainfly 600D Oxford polyester, PU-coated against 320 g/m2 ripstop polyester, 3,000 mm water column. Closed, the CUMARU LIGHT 152 sits 6.300000000000001 cm lower on the roof — 15.7 cm against 22 cm — which is drag you carry on every mile you are not camping.

Which one to pick
Take the CUMARU LIGHT 152 if you need the sleeping room more than you need the lighter tent. Take the CUMARU UP 145 if your roof load limit is the binding constraint. Beyond that the feature rows below — heater port, skylight, annex, cargo rails — are where the remaining difference lies.
