Vickywood CUMARU LIGHT 152 vs Vickywood CUMARU XP 135
Both of these are Vickywood tents, so the question is not which brand to trust but which size and configuration suits your vehicle and how you camp. The CUMARU LIGHT 152 and the CUMARU XP 135 share Vickywood's construction and warranty; where they part company is in the numbers below.
On weight they are effectively level — 83 kg against 81.5 kg — so the roof load question resolves the same way for both. Inside, the CUMARU LIGHT 152 gives 3.05 m² of sleeping floor against 2.6 m², about 17 percent more, though both are rated for 2. Headroom separates them further: 150 cm in the CUMARU XP 135 against 135 cm, which is the difference between sitting up to dress and doing it lying down. List prices are within $108 of each other, so price is unlikely to decide this one.
Canvas differs too: recycled 320 g/m2 ripstop polyester, PU-coated; rainfly 600D Oxford polyester, PU-coated against 320 g/m2 ripstop polyester, 5,000 mm water column. Closed, the CUMARU LIGHT 152 sits 7.300000000000001 cm lower on the roof — 15.7 cm against 23 cm — which is drag you carry on every mile you are not camping.
